If you get the ‘Connection dropped’ message while you’re setting up your Telstra TV, it means it has no internet connection.

How can I fix a dropped connection?

  1. Press OK on your remote to return to Network settings 
  2. Make sure you entered your home internet network details correctly.

What if my internet details are right but it still won’t connect?

  1. If you’re trying to connect via Wi-Fi, your Telstra TV may not be getting a strong enough signal. 
    Try these tips for improving your Wi-Fi signal
  2. Or you can try connecting your Telstra TV to your modem using an Ethernet cable.

If the steps above have not resolved this error, please call 13 22 00 and say ‘Telstra TV’.
