If you get the ‘Connection dropped’ message while you’re setting up your Telstra TV, it means it has no internet connection.

How can I fix a dropped connection?

  1. In the Telstra TV menu, open the settings
  2. Go to Network
  3. Then Check Connections
  4. If your connection is good, you will see an on-screen message telling you’re your connection was successful.

If you are still seeing internet connection problems, you can try to connect to a different network.

  1. In the Telstra TV menu, open the settings
  2. Go to Networks
  3. Set up connection
  4. Select the connection you want to connect to

If the above steps did not resolve your issue, perform a reset.
