    How do I get Foxtel Go?

    Good to know:

    • You need to be a Foxtel subscriber to watch programs on Foxtel GO
    • You can only watch shows that are available as part of your Foxtel subscription
    • Data charges may apply. For use only in Australia.

    Frequently asked questions

    • iPad 2 or above
    • iPhone 4s or above (running IOS 8 or above)
    • all Android devices running Jellybean 4.1 or above
    • Mac OSX 10.6 and 10.7
    • PCs running XP service pack 2 or higher (using Internet Explorer 8 or above).

    Sign in to Foxtel GO using your Foxtel Online Account username and password.

    You can register for one in Foxtel GO.

    To register you will need TWO of the following:

    • Your date of birth
    • Your Smartcard number
    • Your Foxtel account number.

    Using an iQ3 or iQ4 device

    Find your Smart Card Number under your Foxtel box (12-digit number for most customers)

    1. Press the TV Guide button on your Foxtel remote control
    2. Arrow across to the Settings menu
    3. Arrow down to Advanced Settings and press the Select button on your remote
    4. Arrow down to System Details and press the Select button on your remote
    5. Locate SIM card Number.

    Using an iQ2, iQ1.5, iQ1 and Metro Standard box (NDS)

    1. Press the Active button on your Foxtel remote control
    2. Highlight System Setup and press the Select button on your remote
    3. Arrow down to System Settings and press the Select button on your remote
    4. Arrow down to System Details and press the Select button on your remote.
       

    In the My Telstra app

    1. Download or open the My Telstra app
    2. Go to the Services tab then scroll until you find your Foxtel from Telstra service
    3. Tap on your Foxtel from Telstra service to go to the Foxtel Online Self Service page. Your Foxtel account number will be listed at the top.

    1. Open the My Telstra app
    2. Go to the Services tab then scroll until you find your Foxtel from Telstra service
    3. Tap on your Foxtel from Telstra service to go to the Foxtel Online Self Service page
    4. Click on the My set top box tab. Your smart card number will be listed at the top.
