Reconciliation Action Plan

Telstra’s 2022 – 2025 Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) commits to a wide range of initiatives, including improved connectivity for our customers, better cultural awareness across our organisation and supporting employment and procurement opportunities.

Our RAP covers our reconciliation vision and journey, and contains 97 actions that we've committed to over 3 years.

Working with First Nations suppliers

Suppliers are critical to our business, and they’ve been helping us keep Australians connected for over 100 years. We partner with all types of businesses - from small companies in remote Australia to some of the world’s biggest corporations.

An integral part of this is working closely with First Nations businesses.
