How do I reset my Telstra TV?

Resetting your TTV will refresh the device and may update the software or apps.

  1. In the device menu, go to Settings
  2. Scroll down to System
  3. Go to Power
  4. Select System restart

Factory resetting your TTV

Factory resetting your device will restart your device to the factory settings. This will not cancel any app subscriptions but you will have to sign back in. A factory reset will update your software and apps to the latest version.

  1. In the Telstra TV menu select Settings
  2. Select System
  3. Select Advanced system settings
  4. Select Factory reset
  5. Enter the 4-digit code shown on your TV screen
  6. Press OK.
