Add or remove an app on my Telstra TV
This article explains how to add an app to your Telstra TV, and how to remove one. It also covers subscription apps on Telstra TV.

To add an app
- In the Telstra TV menu, go to App Store
- Choose an app and select OK
- Select Add app and confirm; the app will be added to My Apps on your device.
To remove an app
- In the Telstra TV menu, go to App Store
- Choose an app and select OK
- Select Remove App and OK; this will remove the app from My Apps.
You can also remove an app from My Apps directly:
- In the Telstra TV menu, go to My Apps
- Choose an app and press * on your remote for more options
- Select Remove app, press OK and confirm to remove the app; this will remove the app from My Apps.
What if the app wants me to subscribe?
To use some apps, you need to subscribe.
- Subscribe to the service either directly on the subscription service’s website, or sign in to My Telstra for subscriptions and offers available via Telstra.
- Once you've completed the subscription process, open the app on your Telstra TV and follow the login instructions provided to begin streaming content within the app.

To access everything that Telstra TV has to offer, head to the App Store on your Telstra TV. Open the menu by pressing the home button, then scroll down to the App Store. Select the app you’d like to download, then hit ‘OK’ to open the app options, and select ‘Add app’ to download it to your Telstra TV.

While you can search for TV shows and movies without signing into your apps, you will need to sign in before watching. So if you’re not signed in to the apps you use, you can do that now.

From the menu, go to ‘My Apps’ and open the apps you want to sign in to. Then sign in with your username and password.
