Why does my Telstra TV say ‘Connection dropped’?

How can I fix a dropped connection?
- In the Telstra TV menu, open the settings
- Go to Network
- Then Check Connections
- If your connection is good, you will see an on-screen message telling you're your connection was successful.
If you are still seeing internet connection problems, you can try to connect to a different network.
- In the Telstra TV menu, open the settings
- Go to Networks
- Then Set up connection
- Select the connection you want to connect to.
If the above steps did not resolve your issue, perform a reset.
