Connecting to the nbn network with Telstra
This is a two-step process. nbn co delivers the network and a retail service provider, such as us, completes your service connection.

Selected customers who take up an eligible 24-month home internet plan will receive a Telstra Smart Modem™ Gen 2 as part of their plan.

Speeds: An nbn service can never go faster than the maximum line speed available at your premises. For FTTB/N/C customers your typical speed may be limited. We will confirm your actual speeds after connection if that is the case. Around 50% of Fixed Wireless premises will achieve download speeds greater than 10Mbps during the evening peak period.
