  • Free Telstra Air Wi-Fi Data: Until 27 March 2017. Eligible broadband service and gateway required.

  • Limited time offer for new Foxtel and home broadband customers: Offer only available to new Telstra home broadband customers who haven’t had a Foxtel service within the last 3 months. Additional charges may apply for professional installation or non-standard installation.

  • Foxtel from Telstra: Nonstandard installation may be more. A HD recordable device is not a HD subscription. You must have a HD recordable device and HD TV in order to subscribe to the HD tier.
  • The name of the iQHD set top box has changed to the iQ2. As this change happens, you may still see references to iQHD in some of our communications. There is no change to the great features, just a new name.
  • If you have ordered a Bundle with an included Telstra TV and you cancel your eligible Bundle early you must pay an Early Termination Charge (ETC) of up to $109 in addition to any other ETC. This ETC decreases each month you stay on your Bundle.

Data top up: Available on ADSL, Cable, Velocity and nbn™ home broadband.

  • The 3 Top-Ups are available to consumer home broadband customers with a 13 digit account number.
  • The Top-Up amount will be 100% of your plan allowance. For example, if you're on a 50GB Broadband plan you’ll receive a 50GB Top-Up.
  • Unused Top-Ups don't carry over into the next year, and expire at the end of the billing cycle
  • Top-Ups will only unshape your account if you have exceeded your data allowance – not if you are shaped due to Credit Management.

In areas serviced by the nbn™, Telstra may be required to connect services onto the nbn™. Once you are connected to the nbn™, you won’t able to move to our copper network. 

Our standard installation involves self installation and has minimum eligibility requirements.
