  • Activation & Installation: $89 activation fee applies to new Telstra home phone customers and new Telstra home broadband customers. Our standard installation includes self-installation of Telstra's gateway, minimum eligibility criteria apply. Extra charges may apply for non-standard or professional install of Telstra or nbn co equipment. In new developments, NBN Co may charge $300 to connect your premises to the nbn™ network. If applicable, we will bill that charge to you.
  • nbn™ services not available to all areas or premises
  • Our checks show the nbn™ network is coming to your home but nbn co must confirm this.
  • Speed: Actual speeds will be slower and will vary for a number of reasons including your equipment/software, data source and content type, the number of users and the performance of interconnecting infrastructure not operated by Telstra. Speeds may be slower when your devices are connected by Wi-Fi rather than Ethernet cable or if you’re a Telstra Air member and you’re using your home broadband services at the same time.
  • Your home phone and home broadband service must be connected at the same physical address.
  • In areas serviced by the nbn™ network, Telstra may be required to connect services onto the nbn™ network. Once you are connected to the nbn™ network, you won't be able to move to our copper network.
  • Telstra Broadband Protect: Some features are not available when connected to a Telstra Air hotspot or the Telstra Mobile Network
  • Telstra Air: Compatible gateway and broadband service required. Free Wi-Fi only until your home data allowance is reached. After 27 March 2017, Telstra Air data usage will count towards your home broadband data allowance.
  • Online only offer: Standard charges on the $95/mth (Medium) and the $115/mth (Large) Broadband Plans apply after 24 months.
  • $99 Entertainment Bundle: Instructions on how to redeem your three months free Sports HD or Movies and Drama package are included in the Welcome Pack. Offer expires after 30 days if not redeemed. After three months normal charges apply to Sports HD ($35/mth; $39/mth from 28 March 2017) and Movies and Drama ($40/mth) packages unless you change packages earlier.
