Due to an industry-wide hardware shortage, nbn co aren't currently processing nbn Hybrid Fibre Co-axial (HFC) orders for addresses that haven't had nbn HFC before. However, because your address has had its ADSL and Cable service disconnected, you can still connect to nbn HFC. To do this, call 1300 112 376 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Once you've ordered your nbn plan, if you need an nbn technician we'll set up an appointment for you. If not, we'll let you know when your service is ready so you can set up your modem yourself.

We schedule your appointment

We set up the earliest possible appointment time and send you an order ID. Use this ID to check or reschedule your appointment via the order tracker below.

Be ready for your appointment

Someone over 18 will need to be home during your appointment to decide where to install the nbn equipment. See below for tips on how to get ready for the appointment.
