 How does Upgrade & Protect work?  

Upgrade your device or replace your screen before your contract ends.

For a one-off fee you can:

1. Upgrade a device in good working order in the final six months of your 12-month contract or final 12 months of your 24 or 36-month contract - $0 
2. Upgrade a device in good working order whenever you want before the final 6 months of your 12-month contract or before the final 12 months of your 24 or 36-month contract - $99 
3. Upgrade a damaged device up to twice a year - $249 per upgrade, or 
4. Replace your screen up to twice a year - $99 per replacement 

Accepting a new plan, including redeeming, is subject to Telstra’s usual credit checks.
