What is Zunos and what can it do for my business?
Is there anything different that I need to do to be able to use Zunos once I have migrated to the Telstra Apps Marketplace?
End users can no longer be managed via the Zunos portal and must set up a user profile in the Telstra Apps Marketplace. They will receive an automated email from the Telstra Apps Marketplace containing a link which they must click on in order to set up a Marketplace user profile. Until they do so, the Administrator will not be able to manage end users and assign/unassigned licences to them.

Single sign-on lets you access your existing management portal by clicking on the Zunos icon in your MyApps page.Will single sign-on (SSO) be available to all the administrators?
No. Only the primary admin will have access via single sign-onHow will I assign licences to users?
You’ll now assign Zunos licences from within your Telstra Apps Marketplace account and you can view all your subscription details and see exactly which licences have been assigned and to whom. Please Note that you must advise your end user(s) to activate their Telstra apps marketplace profile before you can manage them.What happens if I try to assign users from Zunos web portal?
You will be redirected to Telstra Apps Marketplace. You'll now need to assign licences via Telstra Apps Marketplace only.Is there a Zunos 30 Day FREE Trial?
There is a 30 day trial, however at the end of the trial you must ‘opt into’ a paid subscription.
What happens if I do not opt into a paid subscription at the end of my 30 day Trial?
Your services will be temporarily suspended and they will no longer be able to use them. You will be sent a reminder email advising that you need to opt into a paid subscription if you wish to continue using your services. If you have not opted into a paid subscription still after 7 days, the services will be cancelled and you will lose any stored data.
Is there any limit on the number of licences that I can activate to take advantage of the 30 Day FREE Trial?
No. The you can add as many services as you require, however the free trial only applies to tyour initial order. Second and subsequent Zunos orders do not attract additional trials.
