Why am I not receiving emails from the Telstra Apps Marketplace team?
- Log in to Telstra Apps Marketplace
- Select Your Name at the top of the page, then select My Settings
- Enter your new email address in the field provided
- Select Save from the bottom of screen
- We will send you an email to verify your email address. Open the email and select the confirmation link
- If you don’t receive the email, you can select Resend verification email
- Select your new email address as the primary email, then select Save.
