If you haven’t received an email from the Telstra apps Marketplace team, it may be because you have your preferred email listed as a secondary email address. 
Has your primary email address changed before? Find out how to check your primary email address.

  1. Log in to Telstra Apps Marketplace
  2. Click Your Name from the top navigation bar, then click Your Profile from the drop down list. This will then redirect you to your profile page. On this page you can edit your user information, company details and more. Scroll down and you will see Company Details – Email Addresses where you can add/edit/remove an email address.
  3. If you do not see your preferred email address from the drop down list, please click Add Email Address and type in the email of preference. Once this has been entered, click Personal and a new drop down menu will appear, then select Primary Email Address, then click Save.
