1. Log in to Telstra Apps Marketplace
  2. Click Your Name from the top right hand corner of the navigation toolbar, then select My Settings. The My Settings page displays your personal details, where you can edit your name, your email address, marketing preferences and your password. 
  3. Scroll down to the Password field. You will be required to enter your existing password, your new password, followed by confirming your newly proposed password. Click Save Settings. The Telstra Apps Marketplace will then send you a confirmation email to your primary mailbox advising you that your password has been changed. 

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the steps below: 

  1. Go to Telstra Apps Marketplace
  2. Select Forgot password? and follow the prompts.
