To assign an application from one of your users:

  1. Log in to Telstra Apps Marketplace
  2. Select Manage, then Account 
  3. From the new dashboard menu, select Assign Applications 
  4. Find and select the application you wish to assign 
  5. Find the user who you wish to assign the application to, then check the box against their name 
  6. Select Save. The application is now assigned to the user

To unassign an application from one of your users:

  1. Log in to Telstra Apps Marketplace
  2. Select Manage, then Account
  3. From the new dashboard menu, select Assign Applications 
  4. Find and select the application you wish to unassign 
  5. Find the user who’s currently assigned the application, then uncheck the box against their name
  6. Select Save. The application is now unassigned from the user

Unable to assign the application?

If you are unable to assign the application inside the Assign Applications tab, this may be because you have assigned all the units available within the application. To work around this you will need to either unassign the application from a user who has been assigned the subscription or purchase additional units.

*The unit type may differ depending on the type of application in question. Example of other unit types include License's, Users, Gigabytes. 

Having issues seeing the My Apps Tab?

If the user cannot see the My Apps tab, they will need to log out then log in again so they can see the My Apps tab. If they still cannot see the tab, then the application did not assign properly and you may need to speak to our customer service team on 1800 878 483
