Does Telstra charge a call-out fee for the installation of their Professional and Managed Services?
As a Telstra business customer, Professional and Managed Services are installed and set up remotely and do not require on-site installation. However, our Business Technology Centres can also perform an on-site installation upon your request. Please note that call-out fees apply for on-site installation.
What is an on-site installation?
An on-site installation is the setup of your Professional and Managed Services, conducted by a technician at your premises.
What is a call-out fee?
A call-out fee is a charge that is incurred when a technician visits your premises on request to conduct an on-site installation. Call-out fees are calculated depending on the distance of your premises from your Business Technology Centre.
How can I request an on-site installation?
To request an on-site installation, find and contact your Business Technology Centre. Alternatively, you can request a call back and a Business Technology Advisor will be in touch.
How much will I be charged for a call-out fee?
The call-out fee will vary depending on the distance of your premises from your Business Technology Centre.

You will be charged a call-out fee when an on-site installation is requested for the following Professional and Managed Services:

- Check Point Harmony Installation
- Telstra Data Protect Installation
- Cyber Security Audit
- Cyber Security Remediation
