Do I have to pay anything to get started?
No, our one month free trial has no setup fees, meaning you can get started right away without any payment. You will, however, need to have a Telstra Apps Marketplace account to trial the product.
What happens at the end of the one month free trial period?
At the end of your free trial period, you can choose to keep your website, domain and emails by moving to a paid subscription plan (for just $59/month). However, if you choose not to move to a paid plan, any services you've deployed will be decommissioned (meaning you won't have access to them anymore).
How quickly will my website be built?
Once you have shared some information about your business on the Online Essentials dashboard our team will get started on the website build. This can take between 5 to 10 business days. During the free trial period, you will have plenty of time to evaluate and review your website before choosing to go live and subsequently moving to a paid subscription plan.
Who registers and hosts my website domain?
We’ll take care of the domain name registration, hosting and the other technical aspects based on your business objectives.
Do I have to sign up for a contract?
No, our subscription plans are month to month and hence you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
When can I add the add-on modules?
You can add the add-on modules either during the initial website build process or once you move to a paid subscription plan. The add-on will be available in early August on Telstra Apps Marketplace, but the core plans will be available on 1st July.
What happens when I cancel?
If you choose to cancel your paid subscription plan (after your one month free trial) we’ll delete the website, domain and email accounts. You’ll have the opportunity to reinstate them within 30 days by moving to a paid subscription plan.
Can I use this product if I already have a website?
Yes, our team will look to use any relevant publicly available content (text, images only) to build you a new website. However, note that your new mobile-responsive website will be built using our templates and technology and may not have the same design as your old website.
