We usually connect your home internet in 3-6 days after order processing. You'll receive a reference number to track your order. Expect your Telstra Smart Modem in 1-3 days metro or 3-5 days regional. A technician may visit for new connections if you’ve not had a previous connection, with possible charges.
Standard Telstra internet installations are free, but non-standard installations may incur extra fees.
The fast fibre upgrade is a free technology upgrade to Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) provided by nbn co ltd.

To redeem a code, choose your product or plan and add it to your cart to start the checkout process. In cart review, add the code where it says "Coupon code". You have three attempts to add. If you exceed this, the code will be invalid. Once you’ve added the code, your cart will display the discounted price.
An nbn service can never go faster than the maximum line speed available at your premises, so for FTTN/B/C customers we will confirm your maximum attainable speed after connection and let you know if your line is not able to achieve the maximum speed of your plan.

The nbn™ tier figures and ‘typical busy period speeds’ are not measures of customers’ actual in-premises speeds, which may be slower. Not all customers receive these speeds. Your plan and add-ons may change (including price and inclusions). If you don’t like a change, you can change your plan or cancel your plan or add-ons. We won't refund any money you've already paid and you'll need to pay out any remaining hardware or accessories in full when you cancel.

Standard installation includes self-installation of your modem, eligibility criteria applies. Extra charges apply for non-standard installation of Telstra and NBN Co equipment and for premises in new developments.
If you’re in a new development and not already connected to the nbn or Opticomm access network, you may be charged a new development fee to connect your premises to the network. If applicable, we will invoice that charge to you.
