How to invite users to join your company
Now that you have created your Telstra Apps Marketplace account, it’s time to invite your team to your Telstra Apps Marketplace Company. Follow the step by step guide below.
- Open the marketplace homepage Marketplace.Telstra.com.
- If you are logged into the marketplace, proceed to step 2.
- If you are not logged into the marketplace, please log in, then proceed to step 2.
- Click on the ‘Manage’ tab at the top right hand side of the marketplace menu bar. A drop down menu will appear; click on the ‘Account’ option from the list.
- You are now looking at your company dashboard. You will see a secondary menu appear at the top of the page, that includes options such as Dashboard, Applications, Users, Assign applications, Billing and Company settings. Select the ‘Users’ tab.
- You are now looking at the user page which lists all the users inside your company. To invite a user, click the “Invite users” button at the top right of the screen.
- You will need to insert the users email into the box that you wish to invite. Here you will also need select what type of role they will have in your company. The options are ‘Company Admin, Billing Admin or a User.’ You can change their user settings at any given time after they have signed up to the apps marketplace.

- Once you have entered in all of the email addresses into the invite user fields, click the ‘Send Initiations’ button. All of the users who were invited will receive an email to join your Telstra Apps Marketplace Company.
- Open the marketplace homepage Marketplace.Telstra.com.
