How to activate Single Sign On after your Symantec Endpoint Protection service is migrated to Telstra Apps Marketplace

Technical Level: Easy
If you are the T-Suite administrator and your Symantec Endpoint Protection account has been migrated to Telstra Apps Marketplace please follow the steps below to activate SSO:
- On July 13 we'll send you a Telstra Apps Marketplace account activation email. Please activate your Telstra Apps Marketplace account if you have not done so already. If you didn’t receive your Telstra Apps Marketplace activate account email on 13 July, please contact us on 1800 878 483
- Once you’ve activated your account, click on the following URL: https://telstra.cmes.symanteccloud.com/SignOnActivation.aspx?resend=1, You’ll be taken to a page asking you to generate a Welcome Email, as shown in the image below:
- On this page, enter the email address you used for activating your Telstra Apps Marketplace account and click Resend Welcome Email
You will receive a “New User Registration” Welcome Email. Follow the instructions in the email to activate single sign-on. You can then access the Symantec management console from Telstra Apps Marketplace.
How do I access the Symantec management console from Telstra Apps Marketplace

Technical Level: Easy
To access your Symantec management console from your Telstra Apps Marketplace, you as the primary administrator can do this in a few easy steps
- Log into your Telstra Apps Marketplace account
- Navigate to My Apps and click on Symantec Endpoint application icon.
- You’ll be taken directly to your Symantec management console
If you’re an additional Symantec administrator you can log in directly using this URL: https://telstra.cmes.symanteccloud.com. Please ensure you use your Telstra Apps Marketplace login credentials to access the Symantec management console.
How to activate single sign-on (SSO) for additional Symantec Endpoint Protection administrators
Best for: Administrators
Technical Level: Easy
If you’re an additional Symantec Endpoint Protection administrator and your Symantec Endpoint Protection account has been migrated to Telstra Apps Marketplace please follow the steps below to activate SSO:
- On July 13 we'll send you a Telstra Apps Marketplace account activation email. Please activate your Telstra Apps Marketplace account if you have not done so already. If you didn’t receive your Telstra Apps Marketplace activate account email on 13 July, please contact us on 1800 878 483
- Once you’ve activated your account, click on the following URL: https://telstra.cmes.symanteccloud.com/SignOnActivation.aspx?resend=1. You’ll be taken to a page asking you to generate a Welcome Email, as shown in the image below:
- On this page, enter the email address you used for activating your Telstra Apps Marketplace account and click Resend Welcome Email
- You will receive a “Welcome to Your Symantec.cloud Account” email. Follow the instructions in the email to activate single sign-on
After activating SSO, you can then access the Symantec management directly by using this URL: https://telstra.cmes.symanteccloud.com. Remember to use your new Telstra Apps Marketplace username and password.
