What do I need to get connected to Telstra?

  • A compatible eSIM enabled PC running Windows 10, version 1703 or later. To see which version of Windows 10 your device uses, select the Start button, then select Settings > System > About 


How to check if your device has an eSIM

  1. Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet > Cellular
  2. On the Cellular screen, look for a link near the bottom of the page that says Manage eSIM profiles. If that link appears, your device has an eSIM.


How to connect your device using eSIM

  1. In the task bar at the bottom of your screen, click on the Wi-Fi icon. Click Get connected.
  2. Click on Connect with a data plan.
  3. On the Mobile plans page, click the Continue button.
  4. If you’re new to Telstra, click Activate now. If you have an existing Telstra ID, click Sign in.
  5. Fill out your details and click Activate, and your device configuration will start.
