If you’re on an Upfront Plan, we’ll send you a Telstra bill every month. You have 10 business days to pay your bill. When you pay, it covers you for the month ahead.
To pay a bill in My Telstra:
1. Go to Payments
2. Select your service and follow the steps to pay
3. Select Pay now.
To download your bills in My Telstra:
1. Go to Payments
2. Select your service
3. Under Manage your payments select Previous bills.
What does my bill look like?
Your Telstra bill is simple. It doesn’t show how much data you used or the calls made. Your bill lists your services and shows the total amount to pay and the due date to cover you for the month ahead.

The PRN (payment reference number) is your unique billing account number. You may be asked for the PRN when making enquiries about your bill.

4. If you don’t have one, Create your Telstra ID, and sign in.
