If you’re on an Upfront Plan, we’ll email you a Telstra bill every month. You have 10 business days to pay your bill. When you pay, it covers you for the month ahead.
To pay a bill in My Telstra:
1. Go to Payments
2. Select your service and follow the steps to pay
3. Select Pay now.
To download your bills in My Telstra:
1. Go to Payments
2. Select your service
3. Under Manage your payments select Previous bills.
What does my bill look like?
Your Telstra bill is simple. It doesn’t show how much data you used or the calls made. You pay the same amount each month and it covers you for the month ahead. It lists your services and shows the total amount to pay and the due date.
Frequently asked questions
The PRN is your payment reference number. This is unique for each group of products that you may have e.g. JB HiFi plans, Telstra services, Telstra prepaid, Boost, etc.
The CRN is a customer reference number – think of this as being similar to an account number for all your services.

1. Go to Services
2. Your current data usage is displayed for each service.

2. Search for My Telstra and install, then open
3. Sign in using your Telstra ID
4. If you don’t have one, Create your Telstra ID, and sign in.
