How do I check my contract or cancel a Telstra service?
You can check your plan details via My Telstra in app or in a browser.
· In the app, tap the Services tab and choose your service. Select View or manage your plan to see your plan details
· In a browser, on the homepage, find your service in the Account overview section, and select the Manage link. Your contract details will be displayed under the ‘Your plan’ heading.
If you’d like to cancel your service, make sure you take the time to check your contract status and any upgrade offers or any Early Termination Charges you may incur, as well as any remaining device, accessory or handset repayments, such as for a mobile phone or to see if you need to return your modem.
