You can check your plan details and cancel your services in the My Telstra app, or My Telstra in a browser:

My Telstra app

  • For your Mobile services:
    1. Go to Services and choose your service
    2. Select View or manage your plan to see your plan details or cancel your service.
  • If your query is about your home phone or internet, you'll need to Message us.


My Telstra in a browser

  • For your nbn home internet or home phone;
    1. Go to Services and find your service
    2. Select Manage internet or select Manage home phone
    3. Under your plan name, select Change or cancel.
  • If your query is about ADSL, you'll need to Message us.
