You can check your bundle contract by signing in to the My Telstra app, Telstra 24x7 app or Telstra 24x7 My Account:

  • In the app, tap Services at the bottom of the screen and select your bundle service
  • In My Account, select the relevant account at the top of the screen then select your bundle

If you’d like to cancel your service, make sure you take the time to check your contract status and any upgrade offers or any Early Termination Charges you may incur, as well as any remaining device, accessory or handset repayments, such as for a mobile phone or a Telstra Gateway modem.
