You can update your address details via My Account.

  1. Sign in to My Account

  2. On the top right-hand corner of the page, click on Settings then select Bill Settings from the dropdown

  3. Locate the account you'd like to change then select Update billing address 

  4. Update your address details and select Next

  5. Check that your details are correct then select Submit
     

To update the details of your Telstra Upfront Mobile Plan:

  1. Sign into My Account

  2. On the top right-hand corner, tap on Profile, then select Account Settings

  3. Select Personal Details

  4. Update your personal details 

  5. Check that your details are correct and then Submit
