You can update your billing address details via My Telstra
- Sign in to My Telstra
- In the top right-hand corner, go to Profile, then select Account Settings
- Go to Personal details
- Scroll down to Billing address
- Select Update then Update billing address
- Check that your details are correct and then Submit.
To update the details of your Telstra Upfront Mobile Plan:
- Sign in to My Telstra
- In the top right-hand corner, go to Profile, then select Account Settings
- Select Personal Details
- Update your personal details
- Check that your details are correct and then Submit.
