You can update your address details via My Account.
- Sign in to My Account
- On the top right-hand corner of the page, click on Settings then select Bill Settings from the dropdown
- Locate the account you'd like to change then select Update billing address
- Update your address details and select Next
- Check that your details are correct then select Submit
To update the details of your Telstra Upfront Mobile Plan:
- Sign into My Account
- On the top right-hand corner, tap on Profile, then select Account Settings
- Select Personal Details
- Update your personal details
- Check that your details are correct and then Submit
