Update your address
To update your address in My Telstra:
- Go to Profile
- Scroll to Account settings and select Personal details
- Scroll to Residential address, select Update, then Change
- Enter your address, then Update.
Update your other personal details
You can update your personal details including your mobile number, home phone number, email address and account nickname in My Telstra.
To update your personal details in My Telstra:
- Go to Profile
- Scroll to Account settings and select Personal details
- Update your personal details
- Check your details are correct, then Next.
