You can update your address details in My Telstra
- Sign in to My Telstra
- In the top right-hand corner, go to Profile
- Scroll down to Account settings and select Personal details
- Scroll down to Residential address
- Select Update then Change
- Enter your address and then Update.
To update your other personal details in My Telstra
- Sign in to My Telstra
- Go to Profile
- Scroll down to Account settings and select Personal details
- Update your personal details
- Check that your details are correct and choose Next to save.
