The Telstra Plus Rewards Store is now available to all customers in the My Telstra app.
To explore and order products in My Telstra app:
- Sign into the Rewards Store
- Go to Shop
- Scroll down and select Telstra Plus Rewards Store.
What do I need to place an order in the Rewards Store?
To place an order, you’ll need to:
- be the Account Owner
- have the My Telstra app installed
- be signed in with your Telstra ID.
Frequently asked questions
The Telstra Plus Rewards Store is now in the My Telstra app and is available to all Telstra customers. You don’t have to be a Telstra Plus member to shop.
To access the Telstra Plus Rewards Store, you’ll need to download the My Telstra app.
