Will I earn points on my Rewards Store purchases?

Points expire three years from the date you earned them.

Yes. You'll earn 10 Telstra Plus points per $1 spent on the payment portion of an eligible purchase. You won't earn points on the Telstra Plus points redeemed as part of the transaction.

After we receive your payment, any Telstra Plus points you've earned will typically appear in your account within 2–4 business days of your purchase.

Yes. Eligible purchases can earn Telstra Plus points, even if the Rewards Store product has member pricing applied. Points are earned on the cash component paid for the purchase.

If you receive a refund for an eligible Rewards Store purchase, any Telstra Plus points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your points balance.

If you’ve already spent the points, your balance may go into negative.

You can earn 10k bonus points when you make your first purchase in the new Telstra Plus Rewards Store in the My Telstra app between 20 October and 30 November 2026.

After we receive your payment, your bonus 10k Telstra Plus points earned will typically appear in your account within 14 days of your purchase. 

Offer ends 30 November 2026. One bonus per account. 

Most eligible purchases can earn points; however, some products, promotions or transactions may be excluded. Refer to the Telstra Plus Terms and Conditions for full details.
