    What is member pricing?

    Member pricing gives Telstra Plus members access to exclusive prices on selected products in the Telstra Plus Rewards Store.

    Available across a wide range of products, member pricing offers savings off the recommended retail price (RRP) that are only available to Telstra Plus members.

    Good to know

    Not all products will have a member price.

    How can I access member pricing in the Rewards Store?

    If you’re a Telstra Plus member, simply sign into the Rewards Store to browse and shop to browse and shop products with member pricing in the Rewards Store.

    Eligible products in the Rewards Store will have a member price listed underneath the product price.
     

    Not a Telstra Plus member?

    You'll need to be a Telstra Plus member to enjoy member pricing in the Rewards Store. Joining is free and easy if you are 18+ and have an eligible Telstra service. Eligibility criteria apply to join.

    Frequently asked questions

    Member pricing is only available in the Rewards Store via the My Telstra app.

    Yes. If a Rewards Store product is eligible for Points + Pay, you can use a combination of Telstra Plus points and payment at checkout, even if the product already has member pricing.

    The Points + Pay amount will be calculated based on the product's discounted price, and you can choose how many points you'd like to use towards your purchase.

    You will earn 10 points per $1 spent on the cash component of eligible products purchased in the Rewards Store.

    You will not earn points on your transaction when you purchase using a points-only payment method.
