AutoPay is the only way you can pay for your upfront services. With AutoPay, you set up automatic upfront monthly payments using your nominated credit card, debit card or bank account.
Set and forget with AutoPay
When you sign up or switch to an upfront plan, we’ll ask you for your AutoPay details during the order and save them as your default. Then, on the same day each month, the monthly cost of your upfront plan will be paid via your saved AutoPay details. If your payment is due on a date that isn’t in every month (e.g. 31st), it will be paid the following day.
Proof of payment
Once your AutoPay payment has been made, you’ll receive an SMS link to view your digital receipt. You can also view this receipt (and past receipts) in the My Telstra app.
No more bills
You won’t receive a bill for upfront plans. Because you know upfront each month what the cost of your plan will be, you won’t receive a bill for an upfront plan.
Know what you're paying
You can view upcoming charges and payment dates for your account (1 month in advance) in the My Telstra app, so you'll always know what will be paid and when.
In the My Telstra app, you can:
- Check your next month’s payment dates and charges
- Update your AutoPay details
- View and download your invoices
You won’t be charged any transaction fees or late fees when paying by AutoPay.
