Set and forget with AutoPay

When you sign up or switch to an Upfront plan, we’ll ask you for your AutoPay payment method details during the order and save them as your payment method. Then the monthly cost of your Upfront plan will be paid automatically from that payment method each month on your payment date. 

If your payment is due on a date that isn’t in every month (e.g. 31st), it will be paid the following day.

No more bills

You won’t receive a bill for an Upfront plan, instead we'll send you a tax invoice once your AutoPay payment has been processed. You can view and download past invoices under 'Payment' in My Telstra

Know what you're paying

You can view upcoming charges and payment dates in My Telstra, so you know what you'll pay that month and when.

In My Telstra, you can:

  • Check your upcoming charges and payment dates
  • Update your payment details
  • View and download your invoices
