Things you need to know
These services and offers are not available to all areas or customers.
Your month-to-month plan may change (including price and inclusions). With no lock-in, you can leave if you don’t like the change; just pay out your device, accessories or services in full.
Telstra Business Internet on ADSL (also known as BizEssentials): Service not available in all areas.. Included calls exclude some usage, such as calls to premium numbers (e.g. 19xx, numbers), and international calls.
Free on account calls: Free on account calls do not apply to video calls, international calls or international roaming calls. You can have a maximum of 500 fixed or mobile services on the same account as your Telstra Business Internet on ADSL Plan. You can purchase multiple Telstra Business Internet on ADSL Plans, however free on account calls do not apply between services on different Plans.
Mobile Broadband backup: Feature only works in Telstra mobile coverage areas.
Installation: Professional install may be required in some circumstances. Additional charges may apply for non-standard or professional install of Telstra or nbn co equipment.
Speeds: Actual speeds on the nbn network vary due to a number of factors including hardware and software configuration, source and type of content downloaded, the number of users and performance of interconnecting infrastructure not operated by us.
nbn network: Not available to nbn Fixed Wireless customers.
Speeds: An nbn service can never go faster than the maximum line speed available at your premises, so for FTTN/B/C customers we will confirm your actual speeds after connection if your typical speed will be limited. Telstra services on the nbn network are not available to all areas or customers. In areas serviced by the nbn network, Telstra may be required to connect services onto the nbn network. Once you are connected to nbn fibre, you won’t able to move to our copper network.
nbn network New Development Charge: If you’re in a new development and not already connected to the nbn network, nbn co may charge $300 to connect your premises to the nbn network. If applicable, we will bill that charge to you.

Please be aware your actual speeds may be less than this due to your business set up and how and when you use the internet.
nbn satisfaction guarantee: Available to eligible customers connecting a new nbn service with Telstra and who let us know that they are not happy with their nbn services within 30 days of their nbn connection. We will refund your monthly plan fee for that first month (not including usage charges) and any standard Telstra installation, connection or activation fees (not including any nbn co fees we have passed on). We will also waive early termination fees and you will not be required to return any hardware (excluding Foxtel hardware) that Telstra may have provided as part of your nbn plan (for example, the Telstra Smart modem™). Maximum of one claim per year, per person. This guarantee does not affect any other rights or remedies you may have under consumer law.
