If you need some extra time to pay your bill, you can request a payment extension.

Download my bills

You can easily access and download a PDF copy of your latest bill, or any bill from the last 12 months, with just a few clicks.

Use the My Telstra App from your mobile or sign in to Your Telstra Tools and access your bills.

  • Sign in to Your Telstra Tools.
  • Click on the Payment tab.
  • You’ll see a list of all your accounts. Next to each account you can select Download your latest bill.

If you’d like to download multiple bills:

  • Sign in to Your Telstra Tools.
  • Click on the Payment tab.
  • Here you’ll see a list of all your accounts. Find the account that you’re looking for, select View bill history.
  • Click on Bulk download.
  • A new tab will open where you can select multiple bills to download.

How do I pay my bill

You can also use the My Telstra App or Your Telstra Tools to pay your bill on-the-go, in a few steps.

  • Navigate to the Bills tab in the App
  • Tap the Make a payment button to pay by credit or debit card.

Create or modify a Direct Debit arrangement

  • Navigate to the Bills tab in the App
  • Tap the Manage your bills link
  • Tap Bill Settings and select Manage direct debit

     


    If you would like to pay by BPAY, your details are listed on the Bills tab in the App, underneath the Make a payment button. 

Change your bill delivery from paper to email

If you’re registered for Your Telstra Tools:

  • Sign in to Your Telstra Tools.
  • Click on the Billing tab.
  • Select the Billing Settings drop down menu on the top right of the screen. Under Manage bill settings, select Receive your bill by email.
  • This will open a form in a new tab. It may take up to five days to activate once you’ve submitted the form.

If you haven’t registered for Your Telstra Tools, you can submit an email bill request form. Otherwise, register for Your Telstra Tools now.

Change your postal billing address

Use the My Telstra App or Your Telstra Tools to change the address where you receive your paper bill.

How do I change my address?

  1. Navigate to the Bills tab in the App
  2. Tap Manage Your Bills
  3. Tap Bill Settings and select Update your postal billing address.

You can also Update your billing email if you need to make a change.

If you haven’t registered for Your Telstra Tools, you can still change your postal address or update your billing email address, by using our forms.
