Will my price & data inclusions change when I move to an Upfront Plan?

We’re moving all of our customers from our old system to our new system on Upfront Plans. As part of this move, your plan price & data inclusions may change. Please refer to the email or letter we’ve sent you with more information. 

We've sent an email about the changes

To learn more, please refer to the email, letter or sms we've sent you with specific information about your plan change. You can find the email in your inbox or through the Notification Centre in the My Telstra app or My Telstra in a browser.

To get to the Notification Centre in the app:

  • Sign into My Telstra and tap Profile
  • Select Account Activity to find the email we've sent you.
