Why have my BPAY details changed?
Your BPAY details have changed because you've moved from our older system to a new one. This new system requires different BPAY details to process your payments.
New BPAY details for Upfront Plans
If you pay via BPAY, there are some important changes for your new plan.
With your new Upfront Plan:
- you'll have a new BPAY Biller Code: 425132
- you'll have a new BPAY Reference Number that will be unique to your account
- the new BPAY Biller Code and Reference Number will be included on your next bill. When your next bill is issued, you’ll find it in the Payments tab in the My Telstra app.

Paying outstanding charges on your current plan
If you have outstanding charges from your current plan, you'll still need to use the current BPAY details listed on your bill to pay those.
Please note: When all outstanding charges on your current plan have been paid, it's important that you delete the current BPAY details and use the new BPAY details to pay for your new plan.
