How do I make someone an authorised representative for my account?

If you’re the account holder or ‘Legal Lessee’, you can appoint one or more authorised representatives to act on your behalf. Various levels of access can be provided depending on employee requirements and authority. 

You can add or remove an authorised representative by:

  • Email: enquiries@support-team.telstra.com and put ‘Update account details’ in the subject line. Your request must be on company letterhead or be sent from a company email in order to be accepted.
