If you do not have a compatible modem and you're on an eligible Telstra plan you can upgrade to the Telstra Smart Modem 3 for $12 extra per month over 24 months (min cost $288).

Yes, if you’re not happy with your home Wi-Fi coverage and we can’t fix it for you with extra support and hardware, you can cancel your remaining booster repayments without further charge. Any additional boosters must be returned within 14 days when you cancel. We will send you postage-paid return satchels to do this. A $200 non-return fee applies.
Yes, if you’re moving to an address where you can connect to Telstra nbn and you take up an eligible nbn plan with us, your Smart Wi-Fi Boosters will mesh with the new Telstra Smart Modem 3 that is included for use with your new home internet service (excl. 5G Home Internet). If you leave within 24 months, simply return your modem or pay a $200 non-return fee.
If you have lots of users at home with lots of devices connected to your modem’s Wi-Fi, or a larger, non-standard home with low coverage areas, then a Wi-Fi Booster can help.
