- Go to Help ?
- Select Your orders
- Tap Order history to view past orders.

- Scroll down to select Submit Concierge team enquiry.

If your order still isn’t showing, submit an enquiry via the Concierge team enquiry form for help.
You’ll receive a confirmation by email or SMS after placing your order.
Alternatively, you can check your order in the My Telstra app:
