Set up bill notifications
When you set up bill notifications, you’ll receive an email when your digital bill arrives or when a payment is due.
Set up bill notifications:
- Sign in to Your Telstra Tools.
- Click on the Billing tab.
- On the top right, select the Billing Settings drop down menu. Under Manage bill settings select Manage bill notifications. This will open a new tab.
- From here, you can select when you receive a notification by email. You can also add and edit email addresses to receive notifications, in addition to the email address on the account’s personal profile.
