How do I use Your Telstra Tools for billing?

The Billing portal allows you to pay a bill, view your bill history, and manage direct debit.

To pay your bill:

  1. Click on the Billing tab.
  2. Click the Make a payment button next to the service you want to pay.

To view your bill history:

  1. Click on the Billing tab.
  2. You can click on Download your latest bill next to each of your services. If you click View bill history, you can see the last 12 months of your bills. You can also download multiple bills by clicking Bulk download or View the last 6 months of your payments.
  3. Under the Billing Settings drop down menu, you can also View unbilled charges.

To manage direct debit:

  1. Click on the Billing tab.
  2. Click on Manage direct debit next to each of your services.

How do I use Your Telstra Tools to manage my account?

The Mobile and Mobile Broadband portal allows you to view your current data usage, activate a replacement SIM, and add or remove features like MessageBank, international roaming, call and service barring.

To view current data usage:

  1. Hover over the Services tab and click Mobile and Mobile Broadband. If you have multiple accounts, select one. If you have multiple services, select one.
  2. Scroll until you see a table on the right of the page, under Data usage summary.
  3. For more, click View next to Detailed data usage

To add or remove features:

  1. Hover over the Services tab and click Mobile and Mobile Broadband. If you have multiple accounts, select one. If you have multiple services, select one.
  2. Scroll until you see a table on the right of the page.
  3. Under International Roaming you can enable or disable Roaming or an International Day Pass.
  4. Under Data usage summary you can add a Voice and data pack.
  5. Under Manage Features you can add or remove MessageBank or Call/Service Barring

To activate replacement SIM:

  1. Hover over the Services tab and click Mobile and Mobile Broadband. If you have multiple accounts, select one. If you have multiple services, select one.
  2. Scroll until you see a table on the right of the page.
  3. Under Manage plan, click the Activate button next to Replacement SIM Card
