You can view all your bills and account activity in Your Telstra Tools. 

  1. Sign in to Your Telstra Tools
  2. Select the Billing tab 
  3. There you’ll see a list of all your accounts, including what amount is owing and when it’s due. 

If you’re on a mobile phone, you can also check your account balance by signing in to the My Telstra App.

How can I view my unbilled charges online?

To view your unbilled charges: 

  1. Sign in to Your Telstra Tools 
  2. Select the Billing tab 
  3. On the top right, select the Billing settings drop-down menu 
  4. Under Billing insights select View unbilled charges
  5. This will open a new tab. If you have more than one service on your account, you’ll need to select the service from the Service number drop-down menu. 

For Telstra Upfront Mobile and Data Plans

If you have a Telstra Upfront Mobile or Data Plan, you can view your next month’s charges and payment dates in the My Telstra app. You can also

  • Update your AutoPay payment method details
  • View your past payments.
