    Paper bills incur a fee of $2.90 including GST. We get that sometimes you may prefer a paper bill.

    Where can I view my bills and payments?

    If you receive a monthly bill, you can download bills and make payments, under 'Payments' in My Telstra.

    Where can I view my AutoPay invoice and upcoming payments?

    You can view invoices and upcoming payments, under 'Payments' in My Telstra.

    View invoices

    If you pay with AutoPay you'll receive a tax invoice after your payment. You'll get an SMS to let you know when your tax invoice is ready to view, download and print from My Telstra.

    You can also view past payments and receipts in My Telstra.

    To view past invoices in My Telstra:

    1. Go to Payments
    2. Select your service
    3. Under Manage your payments select View past payments.
       

    View upcoming payments

    You can view your upcoming payment dates in My Telstra and because you've signed up with AutoPay, you won't need to remember to make a payment – the AutoPay payment will occur on your monthly payment date, which is the same date each month.

    To view upcoming payments in My Telstra:

    1. Go to Payments
    2. Select your service
    3. Your Upcoming payments will be displayed.

    As a technology company we encourage you to interact with us digitally. The best way to do that is through My Telstra, where you can manage your account, pay for your services, access support easily and much more.

    You can continue to get a paper bill without charge if you:

    • have a Telstra Pensioner Discount, an Australian Government Health Care card or Veteran’s Affairs concession,
    • are receiving a Large Print Bill, or
    • don’t have an email address and access to an active internet service.

    Contact us to switch to email billing. Before you get in touch, have your billing account number handy.

    Important

    You may be assigned a new account number as part of the conversion to email billing.

    Since February 2023, we’ve been progressively contacting our customers encouraging the move to electronic billing and to avoid paying a paper bill fee.

    You can continue to get a paper bill for a fee. This 'Fee for your paper bill' will appear on your bill under the Account Charges and Credits section.
