Monthly Plan Minimum Charge

The minimum charge for the monthly plan is one full monthly charge per user.

Annual Plan Minimum Charge

The minimum charge for the annual plan is one full annual charge per user.

Early Termination Charge

If you cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription within 7 days after purchase or renewal, you’ll be entitled to a pro-rata refund. If you request to cancel a subscription after 7 days, cancellation will be scheduled at the end of the current subscription term. You’ll be charged for the full amount of your remaining monthly or annual contract term, and continue to have access to the service until the end of the subscription term.

Availability

Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise is available to business customers with a valid ABN/ACN/ARBN.  It can be purchased from the Telstra Apps Marketplace, a web-based portal. 

Telstra Apps Marketplace

The Telstra Apps Marketplace is a web-based marketplace that enables you to purchase and manage various software applications that we make available from time to time. You need an internet connection to access the Telstra Apps Marketplace. To start using the Telstra Apps Marketplace, visit marketplace.telstra.com and create an account. You may need to meet minimum system requirements to use certain applications available on the marketplace, which will be set out on marketplace.telstra.com and Our Customer Terms. You’re responsible for ensuring that you meet these requirements.

Minimum Term

30 days on a monthly plan and 1 full year on an annual plan.

What's Included?

You can choose from different Microsoft 365 Suite categories, which each have their own different types of User Subscription Licenses. These plans can be used in conjunction with each other. For details on what's included in each plan, see marketplace.telstra.com/home. You are responsible for arranging for the necessary hardware and system configuration to enable voice-related functionality..

Billing

The pricing in this Critical Information Summary is for a full billing cycle but your first bill may include pro-rata charges for part of the month if you started or changed your plan partway through a billing period – refer to the ‘Important information about your first bill’ section below for more information.

Important Information about your first bill

When you first start a plan or change your plan partway through a billing period, your first bill will include your minimum monthly charge in advance. It will also include a proportion of your minimum monthly charge based on the number of days left in the billing period.

Bill Payment Charges

  • Direct Debit is our preferred payment method, you can set it up anytime at telstra.com/directdebit
  • Electronic payments – Free
  • Payments made in person or by cheque – Extra $2.50 (some exemptions apply)
  • Paperless bills are free. A paper bill can be issued for $2.20 per copy sent (some exemptions apply).
  • Paper bills are issued unless you set up paperless billing. Set up Email Bill at telstra.com/emailbill or for more information on your billing options visit telstra.com/fees-on-payment-methods
