Information about the service

Your plan is for one of the followng Check Point Harmony products which are available through the Telstra Apps Marketplace. 

  • Check Point Harmony Mobile - You need to take up a Check Point Harmony licence for each compatible device requiring mobile protection
  • Check Point Harmony Endpoint - You need to take up a Check Point Harmony licence for each compatible device requiring endpoint protection
  • Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration - You need to take up a Check Point Harmony licence for each user requiring email and collaboration protection in relation to the relevant compatible SaaS application

Professional Installation Services

Your plan can also include optional Professional Installation services for Check Point Harmony Mobile, Check Point Harmony Endpoint or Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration.  The Professional Installation will be delivered remotely during our standard business hours of 9 am – 5 pm on weekdays (except public holidays in the state or territory in which you are located).  Remote installation requires matching time commitments from your elected administrator or device user for orientation, remote hand assistance or training
  • Compatible mobile device set up is per device, remote installation of Telstra Check Point Harmony Mobile software on nominated and compatible mobile devices. 
  • Compatible Endpoint device set up is per device, remote installation of Telstra Check Point Harmony Endpoint software on nominated and compatible endpoint devices.
  • Email & Collaboration application set up is per SaaS Platform, remote implementation of Telstra Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration service on nominated and compatible SaaS platform(s.) 

Call out fees are applicable if an on-site installation service is requested. Work outside the standard Service package inclusions will attract additional fees, as separately agreed with you. For further details on call out fees, speak to your Telstra Business Technology Centre representative.

Telstra Apps Marketplace

The Telstra Apps Marketplace is a web-based marketplace where you can purchase and manage various software applications that we make available from time to time. To start using the Telstra Apps Marketplace, create an account. You may need to meet minimum system requirements to use certain applications available on the marketplace, which are set out on the website and in Our Customer Terms. You’re responsible for ensuring that you meet these requirements.

Billing

The pricing in this Critical Information Summary is for a full billing cycle but your first bill may include pro-rata charges for part of the month if you started or changed your plan partway through a billing period – refer to the ‘Important information about your first bill’ section below for more information.

Bill Payment Charges

  • Direct Debit is our preferred payment method, you can set it up anytime at telstra.com/directdebit
  • Electronic payments – Free
  • Payments made in person or by cheque – Extra $2.50 (some exemptions apply)
  • Paperless bills are free. A paper bill can be issued for $2.20 per copy sent (some exemptions apply)

Important Information about your first bill

When you first start a plan or change your plan partway through a billing period, your first bill will include your minimum monthly charge in advance. It will also include a proportion of your minimum monthly charge based on the number of days left in the billing period.
