Access to 5G depends on your device, plan and location. Even if 5G is available in your area, you may not connect to 5G if your plan doesn’t include 5G access or your device doesn’t support it.
If your plan or device isn’t yet 5G‑ready, or you are outside our 5G footprint, you’ll continue to connect to our network using 4G automatically.
