How do I transfer phone credit with CreditMe2U

From Pre-Paid to Pre-Paid:

  1. There are two ways to send credit via CreditMe2U
    • Dial #100# to access CreditMe2U®, then press Send/call on your mobile and follow the prompts
    • Type m.bigpond.com in your mobile’s browser
  2. Select the Credit Me2U® option
  3. Enter the mobile number you'd like to transfer credit to
  4. Enter the amount of credit you would like to send (between $1 and $10 a day)
  5. Check and confirm your request.
Good to know

  • You can’t reverse or cancel a transfer once confirmed, so check the mobile number and amount before sending. We will notify you when your transfer is successful
  • There is a 25c charge for each successful credit transfer.
  • You can’t transfer Cap Credit via CreditMe2U®

From Post-Paid to Pre-Paid:

With Post-Paid CreditMe2U®, you can do one-off credit transfers or set up regularly scheduled transfers to a Telstra Pre-Paid account.

Dialling #100#:

  1. Dial #100# then press Send/call on your mobile
  2. Enter 2 for CreditMe2U®, then press Send
  3. If you agree to the terms of use enter 1 and press Send
  4. If this is your first time using CreditMe2U®, you will need to follow the prompts to enter a pin or press 000 and Send
  5. Enter the Pre-Paid number you are sending credit to and press Send
  6. Enter the amount of credit you would like to transfer and press Send
  7. Check and confirm your request.

Dialling #100#:

  1. Type m.bipond.com
  2. Click on the icon at the top of the screen
  3. Click My Mobile Features
  4. Click the Go to CreditMe2U® option
  5. Choose the Mobile account (Credit Me2U®) option and follow the prompts for a one off or recurring transfer
Good to know

  • There is a 25c charge for each successful credit transfer
  • Credited amounts are charged to your Post-Paid bill, in addition to the monthly access charge
  • Recurring transfers need to be set up 24 hours in advance, and you need to create a PIN
  • You can’t transfer Cap Credit via CreditMe2U®.

How much can I transfer from my Post-Paid mobile?

  • Up to $100 per month by one-off credit transfer
  • Up to $300 per month by scheduled transfer
Good to know

  • You can’t reverse or cancel a transfer once confirmed, so check the mobile number and amount before sending.
  • Your plan will be unaffected by any Credit Me2U® transfers.
