If you’re an eligible Telstra home broadband customer, you have 3 bonus data top ups per calendar year. You can redeem a top-up on your Telstra 24x7 My Account or on the Telstra 24x7® App. Data top-ups are not compatible with plans that have unlimited data.

It can take up to 48 hours to activate your data top-up. You’ll receive an email when it’s being processed and another when your top-up is active.

Use the Telstra 24x7 App to get your data top up

  1. On your Dashboard, tap your home broadband service: this will take you to the 'Service Summary'
  2. Under 'Service Summary', select the 'Add Ons' tab
  3. Under ‘Applied Add-ons’, select the 'Free data top ups' option
  4. Select ‘Top Up Now’?

Use Telstra 24x7 My Account to get your free top up

  1. Login to Telstra 24x7 My Account. Need help with your Username or Password?
  2. Under the ‘Plans & usage’ tab, select ‘Plan details’
  3. Now select the internet account you’d like to top-up
  4. Under ‘Features’, select the ‘Top up now’ button to activate your top-up.
