Yes – if you’re a Telstra customer and you have one of these Telstra services:

  • Pre-Paid mobile
  • Post-paid Mobile (Telstra Mobile Starter Plan is not compatible with Telstra Air)
  • Home broadband (ADSL, Cable, Velocity or nbn™ services with a compatible modem)
  • Mobile broadband
  • Business mobile

Good to know:

  • You only need to connect one service to Telstra Air® to get access.
  • If you don’t have one of the above services, you can purchase a Telstra Air Guest Pass.
