If you’re an eligible Telstra customer, you can connect to Telstra Air®, Australia’s largest Wi-Fi network using your smart phone, mobile device or laptop - and get unlimited Wi-Fi data. There are several ways to connect.
How do I activate Telstra Air on my device?
- Activate via My Account
- Sign in to My Account
- If you have more than one account, select the service you want to view in the blue bar at the top
- Scroll down to Telstra Air and select Manage
- If Telstra Air is inactive, select Active
- Activate via the My Telstra app
- Download or open the My Telstra app
- Select Services tab and choose your service
- Scroll down to Your Bundle and tap Manage
- Under Telstra Air tap Manage and follow the prompts
- Activate via the Telstra 24x7 app
- Go to the broadband service summary dashboard and select Telstra Air; you’ll see the status as either active or inactive.
- If Telstra Air is inactive, select ‘Activate’.
