3. Click on ‘Use eSIM on this device’.
4. Select ‘Mobile Phone’ or ‘Tablet/mobile broadband’ .
5. Select a Pre-Paid plan.
6. Complete payment.
7. Review and submit order.
8. Click ‘Continue’ to start eSIM profile download.
9. You'll be taken to your device’s ‘Settings’ screen to complete the eSIM profile installation.
10. After eSIM profile is installed, you'll be sent back to the My Telstra app where you’ll see a ‘Success’ screen.
11. Click ‘Done’ to return to the ‘Services’ screen.
12. Refresh the ‘Services’ screen to see the new eSIM service. It can take up to 4 hours to display your new service.

10. After eSIM profile is installed, you'll be sent back to the My Telstra app where you’ll see a ‘Success’ screen.
11. Click ‘Done’ to return to the ‘Services’ screen.
12. Refresh the ‘Services’ screen to see the new eSIM service. It can take up to 4 hours to display your new service.
