Your service is for Mobile Worksuite which may be added to an eligible Telstra Business Data Plan.

Mobile Worksuite is a comprehensive solution for work on the go including Microsoft Online Services and software applications, plus 24/7 online chat and over the phone Support service.

We have separate summaries for Business Data Plans, Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Microsoft 365 Business Premium. You can ask your sales representative for a copy or obtain them from telstra.com

Mobile Worksuite Support

Mobile Worksuite Support is a complementary 24/7 service included with Mobile Worksuite which is only available for products and services purchased as part of Mobile Worksuite. It is available only for one Mobile Worksuite user. The cost of any software/hardware is not included in the price of the service and you are responsible for any data charges. Tech assessments are not included. Mobile Worksuite Support cannot be sold separately.

Your Device Payment Contract

You may purchase an eligible device with a Business Data Plan as part of Mobile Worksuite, payable over 24 or 36 interest-free monthly payments. If you cancel any component of Mobile Worksuite or your Device Payment Contract early, you will lose your month-to-month discount on the Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription and must pay the balance of any remaining device repayments.

For the Mobile Worksuite offer, the Business Data Plan and Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription must be registered under the same business name and ABN and must be active during the monthly billing period. The Mobile Worksuite month-to-month Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription discount will be removed if you cancel any of the required eligible services. The Mobile Worksuite month-to-month price applies for your first Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription only. Additional subscriptions can be added at the standard price.

What happens if I cancel my plan early?

You'll need to pay out any remaining device and accessory payments. If you receive a monthly credit and cancel your Plan or Device Payment Contract early, you will lose your credit and must pay the balance of any remaining device repayments on your next bill.

Changes to your plan

From time to time we may make changes to your plan or add-ons (including price and inclusions), or we may move you to a new plan (which may cost more). If we reasonably think that a change is likely to be detrimental to you, we'll tell you at least 30 days before making it. If you don't like the change you can change or cancel your plan or add-ons and just pay out your device, accessories and services in full.

Understanding my bill

When you start or change your plan part way through a billing period, your first bill will have part month charges.

FairPlay Policy

You must comply with our FairPlay Policy and not use your service in an unacceptable, unreasonable or fraudulent manner, or in a way that detrimentally interferes with the integrity of, or causes significant congestion to, the network. We may take action if you breach the FairPlay Policy, including suspending or cancelling your service.
