Using your Telstra ID and password, log in to Telstra 24x7 My Account or the Telstra 24x7 App.

 

 

 

Activate

Telstra Broadband Protect is automatically activated for Telstra Home Internet Bundles purchased after 23rd August 2016. If you have not activated Telstra Broadband Protect or would like to purchase it, select your internet service under 'Plans & usage' and scroll down to the 'Add-ons' section.

 

 

 

Manage

Once activated you can setup Parental Controls and Anti-Virus Plus Security via Telstra 24x7 My Account or the 24x7 App. Select your internet service under 'Plans & usage', scroll down to 'Telstra Broadband Protect' under 'Add-ons' and hit the 'Manage' button. Parental Controls can also be managed on the go with the Telstra 24x7 App.
