To find a plan to suit your data needs, please visit our website or call us on 13 22 00.

Q. The signal light on my 4G fixed wireless device sometimes turns amber. What should I do?

A. An amber signal light means your 4G signal strength is weak. Try moving your 4G fixed wireless device to a place in your home where the 4G signal is stronger. If this doesn’t work, you may need an external antenna. If you experience poor call quality on your line, please check our website or call us on 13 22 00.
